On Thursday July 29th, as part of our monthly product release, we made some changes to the Learn platform that may have impacted a subset of customers using the SSO SAML integration.
Accounts impacted are those that are using SAML where user provisioning is enabled without specifying the Branch Code and Branch Name in your SAML attributes.
Users that logged into your platform between 12PM CET / 6AM EST on July 29th and 7PM CET / 1PM EST on July 30th, may have been removed from their assigned branch and defaulted to the root impacting their user experience.
At 7PM CET / 1PM EST on Friday, July 30th, we implemented a fix for all instances going forward. However, in some cases, this fix is not retroactive and action must be taken to restore users to the correct branch. In order to resolve this issue, please review your user branch assignments. For information on how to view branches, see Creating and Managing an Organization Chart in the Knowledge Base.
Thank you all for your patience and for helping us identify this issue by sharing in the community. Customer input is paramount to resolving these issues quickly.
